The last few years have taken me on an intensely deep healing journey—one that challenged me in every way but ultimately transformed my life. I went from living with chronic, debilitating pain due to spinal issues—large disc prolapses, spinal stenosis, spondylitis, scoliosis, and severe nerve root compressions—leaving me unable to sit, stand, walk, or even dress myself, to fully reclaiming my freedom and healing in ways I never thought possible.

After exhausting every option and facing the possibility of another spinal surgery, I turned inward. I committed to daily meditation, visualizing my body healing, and over time, everything started to shift. My nerve pain, which had been relentless, stopped. My strength returned. My spine realigned. And I was able to decline surgery—twice.

Along the way, I discovered powerful healing tools like EFT (tapping), Matrix Reimprinting, and sound healing. These practices not only supported my physical recovery but also helped me release emotional blocks, shift old beliefs, and understand my pain at a root level. I now know, firsthand, the power of the mind, our beliefs, emotions, and the incredible force of gratitude and the heart.

I firmly believe that everyone has the power and capacity to create positive change in their lives and now, more than ever, I’m here to guide other women on their own path—from overthinking and overwhelm to a place of deep connection, confidence, and heart-led living.
